📦 Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once dispatched.

🇦🇪 Domestic Shipping (UAE)

• Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (available in select cities)

• Shipping is free on orders over AED 150. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of AED 15 applies.

🌍 International Shipping

• We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times and rates vary based on location.

• Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

🚫 Delivery Exceptions

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

• Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, customs clearance).

🔍 Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

• You can monitor your shipment status anytime using the provided link.

📬 Failed Deliveries & Address Issues

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Emiraxmart not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• If a delivery attempt fails, our courier will contact you to reschedule.
